To whoever is reading this with genuine intentions, good. If you’re here for games, lies, or wasting someone’s time, you can close this page now.
I’m Doreen Achieng, a genuine sugar mummy seeking a partner, and I’m going to say a few things that many women think about but don’t always say openly.
I’m tired of the nonsense
I’m tired of grown men behaving like teenagers. The lies, the empty promises, the hot-and-cold behaviour, and all the unnecessary drama. I’ve seen enough of it, and honestly, I’m over it.
I didn’t get to where I am in life by entertaining foolishness, and I’m not going to start now.
You know what I actually find attractive? A man who means what he says. Someone who doesn’t play games or disappear for days when a simple conversation would do. If you’re busy, just say you’re busy. If something has changed, be honest about it. It’s really not that complicated.
The kind of man I want
First, honesty.
Even when the truth isn’t comfortable. I’d rather hear something I don’t like than be told a beautiful lie. Burned the food? Just tell me. Forgot my birthday? Own up to it. You don’t have to create some complicated story to cover it up.
For me, honesty creates trust, and without trust, there’s really nothing meaningful to build.
I also appreciate a man who is practical.
I’m not looking for someone who has to impress me with endless sweet messages or send me dozens of good-morning texts every day. Those things can be nice, but they don’t mean much if there’s no substance behind them.
I want a man who can handle his responsibilities. Someone who doesn’t need to be reminded about every little thing. If something needs to be done, he sees it and takes care of it. That’s the kind of maturity I respect.
And most importantly, I want a man who is grown in his mindset, not just his age.
Someone who knows how to have a disagreement without shouting or becoming disrespectful. A man who can admit when he’s wrong and genuinely say, “I’m sorry.” Someone who isn’t threatened or insecure because his woman is successful or earns good money.
I’m a genuine sugar mummy seeking a partner, not a charity case and not someone looking to rescue a man.
I have my own life, my own responsibilities, and I’m comfortable with who I am. What I’m looking for is a man who can stand beside me, not someone who feels the need to compete with me.
I want something that feels natural. Good communication, mutual respect, honesty, attraction, and two people who actually enjoy being around each other.
That’s what matters to me.
